MOTIV Group’s new Brisbane office, designed by Dizain Interiors, blends Parisian elegance with modern functionality in a part-heritage, part-modern Teneriffe building. Created to uplift and inspire, the space caters to employees, developers, and buyers, offering a timeless yet adaptable design as featured on The Local Project.
The foyer embodies 1960s Parisian charm with silk pendant lights, velvet armchairs, and our Plinth Coffee Table in Calacatta Viola, set against a backdrop of French oak floors and contemporary concrete slabs. The neutral palette, light finishes, and bespoke furnishings create a seamless blend of heritage and modernity.
“I started by understanding the structure’s fundamentals, the end user’s intended use of the space and how to best maximise the existing envelope to achieve high-quality outcomes. Each element was intentional, well thought-out and designed to enhance daily operations."
- Rachel Hodges, Founder of Dizain Interiors
The aesthetic centres around Parisian design, defined by captivating natural stones, intricate wall panelling, and rich dark timber floors—elements that evoke a sense of understated luxury.
