Shipping
How long does it take for an in-stock item to ship?
In-stock items ship within 7-10 business days.
How long does it take for pre-order items to ship?
The ETA of items on pre-order is detailed on the product. As soon as we receive the item in stock, it will be dispatched within 7-10 business days. We will keep you updated if the ETA changes and will send through tracking once its sent.
How long does shipping typically take to metro and regional areas?
Below is an estimate of delivery to different regions following dispatch.
7-14 business days: Metro NSW, VIC, Qld, SA & ACT.
10-16 business days: Non metro NSW, Vic, QLD & ACT.
12+ business days: WA, Tas, NT & SA.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
We have a warehouse in the US. At this stage Australia and the US are the only locations we will ship to.

What does curb-side delivery mean?
Curb-side delivery is to the outside of your home address. It does not include bringing the item inside of your house. If the item you have purchased is large, you may want to organise some extra help to bring it inside.
We do offer Premium Delivery which includes bringing the item inside of your house.
What is the difference between Curb-side and White Glove delivery?
Curb-side delivery is to the outside of your home. This does not include bringing the item inside.
White Glove delivery includes bringing the pieces inside your home, assembly and rubbish removal.
I live locally, can I pick up my furniture?
We have a showroom located in Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast. We will always try our best to accomodate local pick up. Contact us via email and we will get back to you with whether this is possible.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Someone needs to sign for delivery of all large items. The freight company will call one day prior to delivery to ensure someone is home to receive the item.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
My tracking is not updating, what do I do?
If your tracking number is not displaying any information, it may be because no new delivery scans have taken place. We usually recommend waiting 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for delivery information to be recorded by our delivery partners.
If it’s been longer than 24 hours, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team so we can look into it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Afterpay and can accept bank transfers.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes, you can pay with Afterpay at checkout.
Returns
How will I be refunded if I return an item?
The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
How long does it take for me to receive the refund?
Once processed, it can take between 1-5 days for the funds to be received to your bank.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Do you make custom furniture?
Sometimes you need a custom designed piece made for your space to make it come alive. If this is you, we offer a premium design service where we can design your piece together. Read more about this service here.
Can your furniture be used in commercial applications?
Yes, it can be used in commercial applications. Please contact us for more information and specifications.
Does stone vary in appearance?
The first thing to note on marble is that no two pieces are the same. Marble is a natural material so it is impossible to replicate the effect or to match it to another piece of stone. This is part of it's uniqueness and is what makes it so special. Every piece of furniture is one of a kind.
